Who we are
Ayat Video is a Quran reel and short video tool operated by AIPartnerly, at ayatvideo.aipartnerly.com. For privacy questions or requests, use our support page and mark your message “Privacy request”, or email [email protected].
What we collect
Account
Name, email, password hash, public channel handle and any social links you add. We never store your password in plain text.
Your content
Verses, translations, images, settings and videos you create or upload. If you publish a reel, its title, poster, language and channel handle appear on your public channel page.
Feedback
Name, optional email, message and rating. Only the name, message, rating and date are shown publicly, and only after review.
Technical data
IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, timestamps and error logs, to keep the service secure and working.
Cookies and analytics
We use a sign-in cookie for your account, a stored record of your cookie choice, local browser storage for your studio drafts, and Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* to measure page views and usage. We turn on IP anonymisation and turn off Google Signals and ad personalisation. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button. We use no advertising cookies.
Your choice: you can accept or decline analytics at any time. Declining does not affect your account or the studio.
How we use and share data
We use your data to run your account, studio, reels and public channel, to send service messages, to review feedback, to measure performance and to prevent abuse. Our legal bases are contract, legitimate interest, and consent where required. We share data only with hosting providers, Google Analytics, and authorities or advisers when the law requires. Some providers may process data outside your country, with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups and legal duties. Feedback is kept until reviewed or deleted. Analytics data is kept up to 14 months. Server logs are kept for a short time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, get a copy, withdraw analytics consent, or complain to your data protection authority. Use the support page and mark it “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity.
Children and security
Ayat Video is not for children under 13, or 16 where the law says so. We protect data with encrypted connections, password hashing, access controls and backups, but no service is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will announce important changes on the site.
